Flip Houses Contact Us

Hi I’m Nova and welcome to my blog. I’ve created my site to introduce you to the art of property flipping and to show you how you too can learn to flip properties and make good money doing so.

The best way to get started is to read some of the articles I’ve got around the site. These will give you a better understanding of what is required in this profession and whether you feel you would be suited to it.

Property flipping is ideal when you have a large amount of capital which you wish to invest but you can also start with very little money by leveraging capital from one or many other people looking for a good investment. The practice of property flipping can be a stressful one and, although the rewards can be great, often requires a very large investment of your time. If you haven’t got a large amount of capital you may have to work a bit harder initially, but if you simply haven’t got the time then property flipping is probably not the right business venture for you.

If you’ve got this far and are still keen to learn the ropes then you’ve passed the first test. As you move closer towards your new goal of flipping properties for a living you will have to overcome many challenges and difficulties, try not to let these put you off.

The walls in life are always there to make you prove how much you want to reach your goal. Don’t see them as a negative, take the lessons that they teach and smash through the wall looking for the next one in your path.

We live in the 21st Century and there is very little that you cannot learn about online. If you get stuck with a problem ask on forums, it is highly likely that there is someone out there who has experienced the same problem as you and most people are more than willing to share their knowledge.

If you are planning to make some serious cash at flipping property then there are a few areas you really can’t skimp on. Getting a bargain at Auction is a great place to start, but to get the best price you really need to stretch yourself on fixtures and fittings and the quality of your finish. Another area is house conveyancing , where you will need a solicitor to help you sell your finished masterpiece. I’ve linked a good site for you, equoteconveyancing, where you can find a quality solicitor without eating too much into your profit margin. Depending on the sale price of the property, and its postcode you may find a different solicitor coming up as cheapest for each property. I recommend using the same one for each transaction, especially if you’re happy with the service.

You have started on a great journey and I can’t wait to see where it takes you, if you have any questions or have content you would like me to add to the site please contact me using the contact page.

Thanks, and good luck

Nova
